Agricultural Summary: The Plains, Upper Coast, Coastal Bend and the Lower Valley received 3 to 5 inches of rainfall while the rest of the state observed mostly scattered showers. Tropical moisture has slowed wheat harvest in the Northern High Plains; however most areas have been completed before the rainfall.
